Re-introductions
It’s been how long??? ;)
So, I have made a commitment to get more consistent here in this format.
There are so many other things going on in our lives, so many changes we are navigating (more on that later), and I wanted to pick one way I could engage with YOU more.
All of that being said- I thought I would re-enter the space with an introduction!
My name is Emilie. I am currently a CERTIFIED HIGH PERFORMANCE COACH, and am currently expanding my education and certifications to include the Yes Supply method, which focuses on NLP, HYPNOSIS, EFT, ENERGY WORK, AND SUCCESS COACHING!
Fun fact: I am also a wine director, and am certified as a Court of Master Sommelier’s Level One, as well as the WSET 2 level. (these are just fancy ways of saying, I can explain a lot about wine to you at a party. )
I LOVE COACHING.
I love learning. I love taking what I have learned and making big ideas/information digestible and fun.
My journey to coaching really began in my teens when I got the self-development bug after being blessed enough to go through the Dale Carnegie Course.
But the REAL journey began shortly after I met my (now) husband.
We endured some traumatic losses within our first year together, which first sent me on a spiral downward. (again- more on this later)
The good news is, about 2 years into our marriage, I had my first panic attack.
You might be thinking, “that’s the good news?!?”. The truth is, even though I couldn’t see it at the time, that panic attack set into motion a beautiful, deep journey of healing, love, and miracles beyond my dreams. I have grown mentally, emotionally and spiritually in ways I could not have ever foreseen.
My eyes see differently these days. I am open to miracles. I notice the synchronicities of the universe and how impactful our mindset and energy are. I see how important the work is.
My mission is to show up fully with you here. To be a powerful coach that can help you unravel your biggest mental blocks to exploring the expansive nature of our journey here.
When we show up for this work together, we are literally changing the fabric of the world we live in.
Like, how freaking cool is that?????
I get so excited about this concept, that I am regularly moved to tears. The beauty of our interconnectedness is awe-some to me. The beauty that we can change someone’s day with a smile, and what that can mean when they go home to their family, or how they show up at work. The ripple effects are endless! ENDLESS! (can you feel my excitement here?)
There is more to this journey. There is more success than you thought possible, there is more joy than you thought possible, there is a beauty to be found in our darkest moments, and there is freedom and space available to you. No one walks this journey alone. The most successful and enlightened people I know, seek guidance and help.
I am here to serve. I am here to create some ripples. So are you.
